Poste Montane Lodge is looking for a Lead Breakfast Attendantto inspire our morning team and ensure every guest starts their day with excellence. In this role, you'll lead and support our breakfast attendants, maintaining high standards in food service, cleanliness, and overall guest experience. You'll be responsible for tracking inventory, managing food supply orders, and collaborating with the manager on menu ideas and guest feedback.

Duties Include:

As a Lead Breakfast Attendant, you’ll be responsible for preparing breakfast items, keeping the breakfast area clean, organized, and well-stocked with the proper food and utensils, and maintaining excellent guest service throughout your shift. You’ll manage food preparation, order and track inventory for the daily menu, and take an active role in training and coaching breakfast attendants. You’ll also work closely with the manager on scheduling, menu planning, inventory, and addressing guest feedback or concerns to ensure a seamless and satisfying breakfast experience.

Location: Poste Montane Lodge - Beaver Creek, CO

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Type: Full-Time Year-Round
