Job summary

Concord Hospitality is hiring a part-time on-site breakfast attendant to help set up and stock the breakfast area, prepare simple items, greet guests, and keep the dining space welcoming and clean at all times.

You will monitor food quality, follow health and safety guidelines, assist with inventory, and support the team to deliver a high‑quality guest experience across Concord’s portfolio of hotels and Concord‑managed properties in the Raleigh area.

Responsibilities

• Set up and stock the breakfast area with food, beverages, utensils, and supplies.
• Prepare simple breakfast items such as coffee, toast, oatmeal, and pre-packaged foods.
• Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and inviting at all times.
• Monitor food quality and temperature, replenishing items as needed.
• Greet guests warmly and answer questions about breakfast offerings.
• Clean and sanitize tables, counters, chairs, and kitchen equipment.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines for food preparation and handling.
• Assist with inventory and notify management of low-stock items.
• Break down and clean the breakfast area at the end of service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
