Job summary

Lincoln Embassy Suites, part of Atrium Hospitality, is seeking a part-time frontline team member to support breakfast and evening receptions. You will greet guests, restock, maintain buffets, and ensure food safety while delivering friendly service.

Qualifications

• Restaurant or customer service experience preferred
• Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications or willingness to obtain within 60 days
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs during shift

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain breakfast and/or evening reception setups
• Keep buffets, service areas, tables, and equipment clean and stocked
• Greet guests with a friendly, helpful attitude and address questions quickly
• Assist with light food prep, restocking, bussing tables, or supporting bar/service areas
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards for a safe environment
• Monitor food quality and proper storage/temperatures during shifts
• Work as part of a team to maintain smooth service
• Communicate shift updates to keep the team aligned
• Follow safety, security, and company policies and report issues as needed

Job Description

What You Will Do:

• Set the stage for a great guest experience by preparing, presenting, and maintaining our complimentary breakfast and/or evening reception
• Keep everything clean, stocked, and guest-ready-buffets, service areas, tables, and equipment
• Greet guests with a friendly, helpful attitude and handle questions or concerns quickly and professionally
• Jump in where needed-whether that's light food prep, restocking, bussing tables, or supporting bar/service areas
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe, clean environment for guests and team members
• Monitor food quality, proper storage, and temperature standards throughout your shift
• Work as part of a team to keep service running smoothly and efficiently
• Communicate key updates during shift changes to keep everyone aligned
• Follow all safety, security, and company policies, and report any issues as needed

• No experience? No problem! If you have a great attitude and love teamwork, we'll teach you the rest
• Restaurant, customer service, or cashier experience preferred
• Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or willingness to obtain within 60 days)
