Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Breakfast Attendant / Line Cook to join our hotel kitchen team. You will prepare breakfast items, maintain quality, and help keep stations organized and clean.

You will follow brand recipe cards, handle food safely, greet guests, and support service by stocking buffets, making smoothies and coffees, and assisting with bussing tables as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food of consistent quality following brand recipe cards
• Proper Documentation on all food containers with adherence to rotations per SOP
• Practice safety standards at all times
• Report to work in full clean uniform on time and ready to serve
• Cook orders with adherence to guest requests/special needs in a positive manner
• Be proactive with ordering and pars, food preparations and equipment upkeep to eliminate service obstacles
• Ensure Breakfast Buffet, kitchen and dishes are stocked and clean
• Make lunch, smoothies and specialty coffees off hotel menu
• Greet guests and bus tables
