Position Summary

The hotel breakfast attendant ensures guests have a pleasant dining experience during breakfast hours, maintaining cleanliness, restocking items, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

1. Set up and prepare the breakfast area: arrange tables, chairs, buffet stations, and ensure all utensils and condiments are available.
2. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene: sanitize areas, refill essential items, and follow food safety standards.
3. Restock food and beverage items: monitor availability, refill stations promptly, and manage inventory.
4. Provide excellent customer service: greet guests, assist with seating, answer questions, accommodate dietary needs, and handle concerns professionally.
5. Maintain safety and organization: address spills, follow safety procedures, report maintenance issues.
6. Collaborate with other departments: coordinate with kitchen and front desk, assist with hotel events as needed.

Qualifications and Skills
