A leading hotel in Columbia is seeking a Guest Service Agent to deliver exceptional service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Responsibilities include managing front desk operations, assisting with guest needs, and ensuring a comfortable environment. Ideal candidates will have prior customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Full benefits are offered after 60 days, including health and dental insurance, PTO, and 401K options.
A Guest Service Agent creates an experience for our hotel guests by offering them a larger than home experience with welcoming, helpful and exceptional service, while maintaining a clean, comfortable and inviting environment. This position is responsible for the complete guest experience including the Front Desk, the bar, business center, guest check in and out and the servicing of the meeting rooms. Previous guest service experience as well as the ability to communicate well with guests required.
Qualifications
Must possess basic computer skills, i.e. Word, Excel, etc.

Compensation :
Starting wage of $13.00-$14.00 / hour and eligible for both bar tips and banquet gratuity program.
