Job summary

Remington Hospitality is seeking a friendly Concierge to greet guests promptly in the lobby, assist with reservations, and coordinate with hotel departments. You will ensure smooth guest experiences through timely service and effective communication.

You will maintain the concierge lounge, curate local service information, and upsell hotel amenities to enhance guest experiences. This role emphasizes hospitality, attention to detail, and a welcoming demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and welcome guests in the concierge lounge within 2 minutes of guest arrival.
• Act as a liaison between guests and hotel departments by making reservations and following up on special requests.
• Maintain an information file on hotel and local services and attractions and recommend them to guests; suggestively selling hotel amenities and services.
• Clean the concierge lounge during the shift by picking up dishes and glasses and maintaining the kitchenette.
