The role emphasizes guest engagement, adherence to safety standards, and teamwork with kitchen and front-of-house staff. A High school diploma or GED is required, with ServSafe/TIPS certifications preferred.

Formación

• Experience in hotels, restaurants, or related customer service roles.
• Certifications as required by Federal, State, or Local agencies: ServSafe, TIPS.
• Pre-employment background check required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and explain breakfast items using concise language.
• Listen and respond to guests' needs.
• Maintain clean and presentable kitchen, storage, and front areas.
• Prepare breakfast items using standard recipes and equipment.
• Inventory breakfast items and communicate order needs to manager.
• Receive deliveries and verify paperwork; report discrepancies.
• Follow local health department standards for food preparation.
• Engage guests with a friendly, helpful demeanor throughout their visit.
• Assist guests with requests and ensure safety compliance.
