Job summary

Main Event is seeking a Café Attendant in Murfreesboro, TN to deliver fast, friendly service and help Guests enjoy their visit. You will know the menu, suggest items, and assist Guests with quick bites while maintaining safety and sanitation standards.

You will assist with food and beverage preparation, process payments, and support opening/closing tasks. Availability for days, nights, and weekends is expected in this role.

Qualifications

• Prior food & beverage or retail experience is a plus but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset; we heart our guests!
• Teamwork is a must; teamwork makes the dream work!
• Food Handlers Certification, as required
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Able to communicate effectively with Management, Team Members, and Guests
• Availability to work days, nights and/or weekends

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet all Guests and be an ambassador of FUN.
• Recommend menu items and ensure order accuracy.
• Prepare quick-service food and beverages according to recipes and standards.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly and anticipate Guests' needs.
• Process payment transactions and welcome Guests back.
• Perform opening, mid-day or closing duties.
