Job summary

Rainmaker Hospitality in Louisville, KY seeks a friendly Breakfast Attendant to set up and maintain the breakfast area, and to prepare and serve items and drinks while ensuring guests have a positive experience.

The role requires strong customer service abilities, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to help guests with questions or requests throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a food service or customer service role is preferred.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the breakfast area, including laying linens, setting up tableware, and arranging centerpieces.
• Prepare and serve breakfast items, such as eggs, bacon, and pastries, as well as coffee, tea, and other drinks.
• Ensure that the breakfast area is clean and well-stocked at all times.
• Assist guests with any questions or needs they may have.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns with grace and professionalism.
• Other duties as assigned.
