McKibbon Hospitality seeks a Breakfast Attendant to prepare and serve the buffet area, ensuring guests are greeted warmly and served promptly. The role emphasizes food presentation, sanitation, and proactive guest care in a hotel breakfast environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining stocked counters, assisting guests, and supporting daily operations with a friendly, detail-oriented approach. Previous hotel experience is preferred, with a focus on safety and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a food service role.
• Hotel experience highly desirable.
• Ability to follow sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food and beverages according to company and brand standards for the breakfast area.
• Service guests’ orders as requested and in line with standards.
• Maintain adequate supplies of clean dishware.
• Carry food, dishes, trays, and/or silverware from pantry to serving counters.
• Collect dirty dishes and run them through the dishwasher.
• Clean counters, shelves, furniture, or equipment in pantry or breakfast area.
• Mop or vacuum floors.
• Anticipate potential hazards and needs to provide proactive service.
• Fill beverage and ice dispensers, and stock condiments in the appropriate areas.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
