Element by Westin Albuquerque Uptown is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to prepare and serve a complimentary breakfast that meets high hospitality standards. You will keep the breakfast area clean, organized and stocked, engage with guests, and address dietary needs to enhance overall guest satisfaction.

The role emphasizes attentiveness, professional appearance, and adherence to brand standards while assisting with daily duties and providing exceptional guest service at the breakfast service area.

Qualifications

• NM Serv Safe Certification or ability to obtain.
• Handling comments and suggestions.

Responsibilities

• Provides personalized service to all guests in the breakfast area.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and fully stocked breakfast presentation.
• Takes inventory of food, beverages, and supplies for each day.
• Stocks coffee, juice and milk machines or dispensers.
• Restocks self-service food and supplies as needed.
• Ensures compliance with franchise standards and safety protocols.
