Job summary

InnVentures LLC at Homewood Suites Salt Lake City Draper, UT is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to help create a quality dining experience for guests. You will prepare food items, stock the buffet, and greet guests in a friendly, professional manner.

Ideal candidates have basic verbal and written communication skills, can stand for long shifts, and can lift at least 25 pounds. A Food Handler’s Permit is required; Alcohol Server’s Permit may be required in some locations.

Qualifications

• Food handling or fast food experience preferred.
• Must obtain a Food Handler’s Permit.
• Some locations require an Alcohol Server’s Permit.
• Basic verbal and written communication skills.
• Stand and move around for an entire shift; lift at least 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items, prep, stock and maintain the buffet.
• Offer flexibility and creativity to meet guest requests.
• Proactively assist guests with eye contact and a warm greeting.
• Wash dishes, clean the kitchen and maintain daily checklists and temperature logs.
• Assist with inventory, ordering and receiving of all food and beverage items.
• Support the goals of the hotel through teamwork and collaboration with all departments.
