Homewood Suites Salt Lake City Draper is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to deliver a high-quality dining experience for guests. You will prepare food items, stock the buffet, and greet guests with warmth while supporting daily operations.

Qualifications

• Previous food handling or fast food experience is preferred.
• Must obtain a Food Handler’s Permit; Alcohol Server’s Permit may be required in some locations.
• Basic verbal and written communication skills; ability to read and write.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items, prep, stock and maintain the buffet.
• Offer flexibility and creativity to meet guest requests.
• Proactively assist guests with eye contact and a warm greeting.
• Wash dishes, clean the kitchen and maintain daily checklists and temperature logs.
• Assist with inventory, ordering and receiving of all food and beverage items.
• Support the goals of the hotel through teamwork and collaboration with all departments.
