Responsibilities

• Set up breakfast area, dining room, and kitchen for operation in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain and break down breakfast area, dining room, and kitchen.
• Perform cleaning duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Ensure accurate food order delivery, maintain inventory using FIFO methods, and label accordingly.
• Maintain food logs, temperature logs, and other required documentation.
• Assist guests with requests and complaints.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to lift objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending and twisting.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Certifications such as TIPS, ServSafe, and health department training as per local codes.
