A leading hotel seeks a part-time Breakfast Attendant to prepare and serve breakfast to guests, ensuring a satisfying experience and maintaining a clean dining area. Candidates should possess a high school diploma and strong customer service skills, with some food service experience preferred.
The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for preparing and serving the daily complimentary breakfast for our guests, ensuring that food and beverages are consistently fresh and available, and maintaining a clean and inviting dining area. This role is vital to creating a positive start to our guests’ day and ensuring their overall satisfaction with their stay. This is a part-time position of 24 hours or less per week. Responsibilities: • Make sure that the breakfast buffet is fully set up each morning and that fresh items are always offered throughout service hours • Maintain the breakfast area by cleaning tables, chairs, and buffet counter, and empty trash as needed • Follow health and safety protocols to clean and sanitize service lines, beverage dispensers, and other equipment • Assist guests with any questions or concerns that they may have in a prompt and friendly manner • Provide attentive service to guests in the dining area by taking orders, and serving food and drinks Qualifications: • Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification • Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests and coworkers • We prefer some experience working in the food service industry • Displays impeccable time management and organizational skills Compensation: $13 hourly
