Job summary

Sleep Inn @ North Scottsdale Road in Wisconsin is seeking a friendly Breakfast Attendant to support our morning shift. You’ll prep the food, clean, restock, and greet guests as they begin their day.

This role centers on delivering excellent guest service, working as part of a team, and following brand breakfast standards to ensure a pleasant start for every guest.

The position offers full-time hours with early shifts around 6am, opportunities for training and development, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be highly organized and focused on guest satisfaction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to lead a small team and coordinate tasks.
• Basic math and computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of daily house count, in-house groups, and features and services provided by the hotel.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
