Job summary

TownePlace Suites Harmaville is seeking a friendly, reliable breakfast associate to start around 6 am on weekends. You will prep food, clean, restock, and greet guests, ensuring a pleasant breakfast experience. You will support team members and maintain cleanliness and inventory throughout the shift.

The role emphasizes guest service, brand-standard breakfast offerings, and a collaborative team environment. If you enjoy a fast-paced hotel setting with flexible shifts, this position may be a fit.

Qualifications

• Must be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks during high-traffic breakfast service.
• Strong guest service focus with the ability to communicate clearly.
• Team environment experience and leadership capabilities.
• Basic computational ability for daily operations and inventory checks.
• Proficiency with basic computer tasks for scheduling and POS if needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge guests as they arrive for breakfast service.
• Greet, prep, clean, restock and ensure breakfast area meets brand standards.
• Maintain knowledge of daily house count, groups, and hotel features.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and work toward improving scores.
• Assist in educating guests on breakfast options.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain complete knowledge of daily house count, in-house groups, and features and services provided by the hotel.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
• Greet and acknowledge all arriving guests.
• Be aware of guests’ needs; assist in providing a pleasant experience.
• Promote and educate guests on all breakfast options available per brand standards.

Qualifications:

• Highly organized.

• Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Job Summary

We want the friendliest and happiest in this position! The shift starts around 6 am for every Saturday and Sunday. You will be prepping the food, cleaning, restocking, and greeting guests during your shift. When breakfast is over we expect everything to be cleaned and garbage emptied.
