Job summary

Peachtree Group Hospitality Management is seeking Breakfast Attendants in Missouri to manage the breakfast buffet setup, restocking, and plating flow. You will clear tables, maintain a clean dining area, and support an efficient service environment in a full-service setting.

Candidates should be reliable, with attention to hygiene and a friendly customer approach as you assist guests and kitchen staff during breakfast service.

Responsibilities

• Assemble the breakfast buffet before mealtime and disassemble it thereafter.
• Ensure the breakfast buffet remains well-stocked at all times.
• Clear cutlery and crockery from customers' tables.
• Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors after each meal service.
• Clean and sanitize tables and countertops after each meal service.

Job description

Breakfast Attendants are responsible for assembling and disassembling breakfast buffets, and ensuring that the buffet remains well-stocked at all times. In full-service establishments, Breakfast Attendants receive orders from customers, communicate these to the kitchen staff, and clear tables.

• Assembling the breakfast buffet before mealtime and disassembling it thereafter.
• Ensuring that the breakfast buffet always remains well-stocked.
• Clearing cutlery and crockery from customers' tables.
• Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping the floors after each meal service.
• Cleaning and sanitizing tables and countertops after each meal service.
