Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions in Sarasota, FL is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to prepare and maintain the daily breakfast service for guests. This role requires starting around 5:30 AM, delivering friendly service, and ensuring a clean, welcoming dining area.

You will stock items, monitor freshness, greet guests, handle light cleanup, and assist with inventory. Prior food service is preferred but not required; dependability and punctuality are essential.

Position Overview The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for preparing and maintaining the daily breakfast service, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for guests. This role requires early morning availability and involves interacting directly with hotel guests to provide a positive start to their day.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Set up and stock the breakfast buffet with food and beverage items
• Ensure all items are fresh, properly presented, and replenished as needed
• Greet guests and assist with any questions or special requests
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area, including tables, counters, and floors
• Monitor and empty trash receptacles during and after breakfast hours
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Clean and break down the breakfast area following the end of service
• Take inventory of items that need to be ordered
