Buffalo Lodging Associates is hiring a Breakfast Attendant for Home2 Suites by Hilton near UCF in Orlando, FL. The role involves greeting guests, setting up and maintaining the breakfast buffet, and ensuring a clean dining area.

Responsibilities include inventorying supplies, assisting guests with questions, and keeping breakfast areas well-stocked. Morning shifts from approximately 5 AM to 12 PM, weekends and holidays required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience, preferably in a hotel setting.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Home2 Suites by Hilton- Orlando Near UCF- 3414 Technological Avenue, Orlando, FL 32817. We are currently looking for a Breakfast Attendant to join our team! Our Home2 Suites by Hilton, a 124‑all‑suite hotel, is located off University Boulevard, a short walk from dining and five minutes from the University of Central Florida. Addition Financial Arena, FBC Mortgage Stadium, and Blanchard Park are within three miles. Our guests enjoy our in‑suite kitchens, an outdoor saltwater pool, and a fitness center featuring a Peloton Bike with toe cages. Hot complimentary daily breakfast is offered to all our guests. The Home2 Suites‑UCF is one of the 50 hotel properties owned and managed by the award‑winning hotel management company, Buffalo Lodging Associates.

The Breakfast Attendant prepares and assists with the service of the complimentary buffet‑style breakfast. Responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests as they come in to the breakfast area or lobby; assisting with any questions or issues that may arise.
• Setting up and maintaining the breakfast buffet – preparing foods such as cut fruit, coffee, and juices; stocking coffee, juice, and milk containers; setting out cold foods such as sweet rolls, muffins, and cereal for self‑service; warming and setting out hot foods such as hash browns, French toast, etc.; setting up serving dishes, utensils, cups, and other paper/china products.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the breakfast area and kitchen during and after breakfast hours; clearing and cleaning tables as they are vacated, wiping up spills, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming kitchen and dining areas; removing trash.
• Taking inventory of food, beverages and other supplies needed for each day; ordering or purchasing food supplies as needed; organizing and putting away food orders.
