Job summary

The Homewood Suites by Hilton Newport, Kentucky is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Hotel Breakfast Attendant to ensure a welcoming breakfast service for guests. You will set up, replenish, and present items while maintaining food safety standards in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service preferred.

• Restock supplies like plates, utensils, and condiments.

The Hotel Breakfast Attendant is responsible for ensuring guests have a positive dining experience during breakfast service Food Preparation and Presentation

Food Preparation and Presentation

• Prepare and set up the breakfast buffet or menu items.
• Ensure food is fresh, properly displayed, and replenished as needed.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards.

Guest Service

• Greet guests warmly and address their questions or needs.
• Assist with special requests (e.g., dietary restrictions).

Cleaning and Maintenance

• Keep the breakfast area clean and organized, including tables, counters, and buffet stations.
• Restock supplies like plates, utensils, and condiments.

Inventory and Restocking

• Monitor inventory and report low supplies to management.
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries.

Compliance

• Adhere to health and safety guidelines.
• Follow hotel policies and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

What we are looking for in a Full-Time Hotel Breakfast Attendant includes:
