Job summary

Peachtree Group, through Springhill Suites Lindale in Lindale, Texas, is seeking a part-time Breakfast Attendant to support hotel breakfast operations. The role involves preparing and breaking down the buffet, greeting guests, and ensuring service areas are tidy and welcoming.

The attendant will assemble the buffet before service, keep it well-stocked, clear tables, and maintain clean floors and surfaces during and after meals.

Job description

Breakfast Attendants (Part Time) are responsible for assembling and disassembling breakfast buffets, and ensuring that the buffet remains well-stocked at all times. In full-service establishments, Breakfast Attendants receive orders from customers, communicate these to the kitchen staff, and clear tables.

• Assembling the breakfast buffet before mealtime and disassembling it thereafter.
• Ensuring that the breakfast buffet always remains well-stocked.
• Clearing cutlery and crockery from customers' tables.
• Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping the floors after each meal service.
• Cleaning and sanitizing tables and countertops after each meal service.
