Job summary

Drury Plaza Hotel Lincoln is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to prepare, serve, and maintain a welcoming breakfast area for guests. You will help ensure a warm, inviting lobby and dining space that reflects our hospitality standards.

The role focuses on accurate inventory, food safety, and friendly guest service. Excellent English communication and teamwork are essential for a smooth, enjoyable guest experience at our Lincoln property.

Qualifications

• Ability to conduct accurate inventory of breakfast items and calculate order levels.
• Knowledge of hotel operations and breakfast hours.
• Warm and friendly manner in communicating with guests and creating a happy, comfortable atmosphere.
• Ability to speak and receive direction (written and verbal) in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, serve, and clean up our free hot breakfasts.
• Create a warm, comfortable, relaxing environment.
• Ensure food safety standards are met and appropriate inventory levels are maintained.
• See to it that the breakfast and lobby area are clean and well organized.
