Job summary

Drury Plaza Hotel Santa Fe is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to prepare and serve complimentary hot breakfasts, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests and team members. You will maintain food safety, manage inventory, and help keep the lobby and dining area tidy to create a pleasant stay for all visitors.

We value friendly communicators with English proficiency who can deliver exceptional guest experiences and work well in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Accurate inventory of food items and ability to calculate order levels.
• Knowledge of hotel operations, breakfast hours.
• Warm, friendly manner in guest communications.
• Ability to speak and understand English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, serve, and clean up our free hot breakfasts.
