Description

As a Breakfast Attendant, you are responsible for the overall success of the hotel’s breakfast service, ensuring guest satisfaction and product quality standards are met. This role allows you to represent the hotel by providing guests with excellent service and high standards.

This position may require flexible scheduling availability.

Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

• Assemble and disassemble the breakfast service before and after mealtime
• Maintain well-stocked breakfast service areas
• Clear cutlery and crockery from guests' tables
• Receive beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen as needed
• Assist guests and vendors with information and support
• Clean and sanitize tables, countertops, and floors after each service
• Ensure a safe and clean environment while providing a positive guest experience

Job Qualifications:

• Motivated team player with strong initiative and achievement drive
• Effective problem-solving skills, including anticipating and preventing issues
• Ability to work well under stress
• Approachable and available to assist guests with excellent service skills

Physical Demands:
