Position Summary: The Breakfast Attendant provides fast, friendly, and efficient service by preparing for and setting up breakfast and ensuring guests receive excellent service each morning.

Shift times: Monday - Friday 6a-11a, weekends 6:30-12:30p. Opportunity to assist with BQT lunches as needed.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet guests and explain breakfast items using concise and descriptive language.
2. Respond to guest needs promptly and courteously.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen, storage, and front areas.
4. Prepare breakfast items following standard recipes and using proper equipment.
5. Inventory breakfast items and communicate order needs to management.
6. Receive deliveries, verify contents, and report discrepancies.
7. Ensure food safety standards are met according to local health regulations.
8. Engage with guests in a friendly manner and assist with requests.
9. Comply with health and safety regulations.
10. Coordinate with vendors, owners, regulatory agencies, and other contacts as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum two years of experience in hotels, restaurants, or related customer service fields.
2. Experience as server, busser, runner, host, or breakfast attendant preferred.
3. Certifications such as ServSafe or TIPS preferred.
4. Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
5. Basic math skills, problem-solving, organizational abilities, and capacity to multi-task.
