Overview

The Breakfast Attendant provides exceptional service to hotel guests in the breakfast area, ensuring a courteous and efficient experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests promptly and courteously.
• Maintain personal appearance and uniform standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables and spaces as needed.
• Stock and organize service areas, complete side work each shift.
• Handle guest requests and offer alternatives when necessary.
• Coordinate with departments regarding VIP guests.
• Support food and beverage service, including dishwashing, restocking, cleaning, and floor maintenance.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and side work duties.
• Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and area activities.
• Attend meetings and perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications
