Job summary

TownePlace Suites - Dothan, RAM Hotels is seeking a friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team and provide excellent service during breakfast hours. You will set up and maintain the breakfast area, prepare and serve items, and assist guests to ensure a positive experience.

The role requires strong customer service skills, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced hotel environment, and the stamina to stand for extended periods. Fluency in English is required, with additional languages a plus.

Qualifications

• Ensure that the breakfast area is clean and well-stocked at all times


• Assist guests with any questions or needs they may have


• Handle customer complaints and concerns with grace and professionalism


• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills


• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload


• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)


• Ability to stand for long periods of time


• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus
