Job summary

Homewood Suites Raleigh-Cary I-40 in Cary, NC is hiring a Breakfast Attendant to greet guests, stock stations, and keep the dining area clean and inviting. You will prepare breakfast items, assist guests, and ensure smooth service each morning.

This role offers early shifts, weekend/holiday availability, competitive pay of $15.50–$16.00 per hour, and benefits starting on day one for full-time team members, plus PTO, incentives, and generous employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Strong guest service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Attention to detail with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain breakfast stations, ensuring items are fresh and well-stocked.
• Prepare and serve breakfast items following recipes and portion guidelines.
• Greet guests warmly and assist with inquiries; accommodate special requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the breakfast area and equipment.
• Assist guests with breakfast equipment such as coffee makers and waffle irons.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Collaborate with hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Clean and restock the breakfast area for the next day.
