Job Overview

The Hospitality Attendant is responsible for setting up, clearing, and maintaining the cleanliness of the hospitality breakfast area in compliance with policies, procedures, brand standards, and regulations. As a Hospitality Attendant, you play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to patrons.

What You'll Be Doing

• Set up the hospitality breakfast area before service, arranging tables and chairs, and ensuring proper table settings.
• Greet guests, and may serve food and beverages following policies, procedures, brand standards, alcohol awareness, and regulations.
• Complete assigned side work and cleaning duties in the hospitality area.
• Maintain a clean and organized breakfast area by clearing and resetting tables for new guests.
• Assist with all aspects of service as requested.

Skills And Abilities

• High School diploma.
• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Working Conditions & Physical Effort

Physical work is a primary part of this role, including extended standing, walking, climbing, bending, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Work is performed mainly in an interior hotel environment.
