Job summary

Fairfield Inn Buford/Mall of Georgia is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to deliver a complimentary breakfast experience. You will set up, present, maintain, and break down the breakfast area while ensuring brand standards, quality, and health regulations are met.

Responsibilities include stocking the buffet, monitoring items, keeping areas clean, greeting guests, and adhering to sanitation procedures. This role requires teamwork and excellent service in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Previous food service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds throughout the shift.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, set up, and stock breakfast buffet per brand standards.
• Monitor food and beverage levels and replenish items promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of breakfast area, dining and service stations.
• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner and assist as needed.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and handling procedures.
• Wash dishes and serving equipment as required.
• Dispose of waste and keep a clean work environment.
• Track inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management.
• Break down and clean breakfast service areas after service.
• Assist with light housekeeping or public area cleanliness as assigned.
• Report maintenance, safety, or guest concerns to management promptly.
• Provide exceptional hospitality to enhance guest satisfaction scores.
