Job summary

Asheville Hotel Group is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to help begin guests' days with a warm, efficient breakfast service and a clean, welcoming dining area.

You will prepare hot items, restock buffets, greet guests, and assist with shuttle runs as needed. A strong smile, reliability, and good communication will help you thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Friendly, dependable, and a morning person.
• Strong communication skills with guests and teammates.
• Able to stay on your feet for extended periods.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Food Handler certification a plus but not required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Set up, restock, and break down the breakfast buffet.
• Prepare hot items including eggs, waffles, and coffee.
• Keep the dining area clean and inviting throughout service.
• Greet guests warmly, answer questions, and address concerns promptly.
• Make menu recommendations based on guest preferences or dietary needs.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and brand standards.
• Occasionally drive the hotel shuttle to transport guests to and from the airport.
