Asheville Hotel Group is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to set up, stock, and manage the breakfast buffet while keeping the dining area inviting. You will greet guests, answer questions, and ensure food safety and brand standards are followed.

This role requires a morning schedule, strong communication, and a customer-service mindset; a driving stint may be involved for airport shuttle runs.

Qualifications

• Friendly, dependable, and a morning person.
• Strong communication with guests and teammates.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Set up, restock, and break down the breakfast buffet.
• Prepare hot items including eggs, waffles, and coffee.
• Keep the dining area clean and inviting during service.
• Greet guests and address questions or concerns promptly.
• Make menu recommendations based on guest preferences or dietary needs.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and brand standards.
• Occasionally drive the hotel shuttle to transport guests to and from the airport.

What We're Looking For:

• Friendly, dependable, and a morning person
• Strong communication skills with guests and teammates
• Able to stay on your feet for extended periods
• Prior customer service experience preferred
• Food Handler certification a plus but not required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
