Hourly wage: $14.00 per hour plus tips

*Must be available early mornings, weekends, and holidays*

Primary Purpose:

The primary purpose of the Food & Beverage Attendant is to provide guests with an excellent dining experience while assisting in the presentation of the complimentary breakfast and evening reception.

Work Performed:

The Food & Beverage Attendant will be responsible for:

• Completing sanitization, disinfection, and cleanliness of work areas, including countertops, utensils, equipment, and refrigeration units.
• Presenting the complimentary breakfast/evening reception by obtaining supplies, clearing dishes, wiping tables, and restocking the buffet area.
• Providing high-level customer service, including resolving guest concerns professionally and warmly.
• Performing duties of a bartender, busser, cook, or server as needed.
• Knowledge of menus, presentation, and preparation methods.
• Ensuring proper storage and temperature of all food items.
• Working as a team to ensure smooth food production operations.
• Facilitating shift changes and communicating pertinent information to the next shift or supervisor.
• Following health department guidelines for food handling and sanitation to prevent cross-contamination, and keeping work areas sanitized.
• Adhering to all safety, security policies, and procedures; reporting accidents and unsafe conditions; completing safety training and certifications.
• Performing any other duties necessary to fulfill the primary purpose of the role.

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience.
• Previous food service experience.
• Food Safety Training certification at the time of hire.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 15 lbs regularly.
• Ability to bend and squat repeatedly.
• Ability to walk and stand for the duration of the shift.
• Flexibility to work day shifts, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
