Maine Course Hospitality Group is hiring a Breakfast Associate to prepare and serve breakfast, maintain buffet, and deliver friendly guest service in a busy hotel setting. You will greet guests, restock items, and ensure a clean, welcoming area to start the day.

Qualifications

• Friendly, service-oriented, dependable disposition required.
• Prior experience in food service, hospitality or guest services preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow safety, cleanliness and food handling standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide outstanding hospitality and customer service.
• Prepare and serve breakfast items including coffee, muffins, bagels, cereals, and fruit.
• Maintain buffet and breakfast areas; clean spills, wipe tables, and stock supplies.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Empty trash and maintain kitchen and guest areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
• Assist co-workers and collaborate with other hotel departments as needed.
• Provide guests with information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Respond professionally to guest requests or complaints.
• Represent MCHG positively in the community.

We are hiring a Breakfast Associate to prepare and serve breakfast, maintain the buffet, and deliver excellent guest service. This is a key role in ensuring our guests start their day happy and satisfied.

Key Responsibilities
