Job summary

Maine Course Hospitality Group is seeking a Breakfast Associate to help prepare and serve breakfast, maintain the buffet, and provide excellent guest service. This role supports a clean, welcoming and efficient breakfast area to ensure guests start their day happily and well.

Qualifications

• Friendly, service-oriented and dependable.
• Prior experience in food service, hospitality, or guest services preferred but not required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide outstanding hospitality and customer service.
• Prepare and serve breakfast items including coffee, muffins, bagels, cereals, and fruit.
• Maintain buffet and breakfast areas; clean spills, wipe tables, and stock supplies.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Assist co-workers and collaborate with other hotel departments as needed.
• Provide guests with information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Respond professionally to guest requests or complaints.

We are hiring a Breakfast Associate to prepare and serve breakfast, maintain the buffet, and deliver excellent guest service. This is a key role in ensuring our guests start their day happy and satisfied.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide outstanding hospitality and customer service
• Prepare and serve breakfast items including coffee, muffins, bagels, cereals, and fruit
• Maintain buffet and breakfast areas; clean spills, wipe tables, and stock supplies
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
• Empty trash and maintain kitchen and guest areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition
• Assist co-workers and collaborate with other hotel departments as needed
• Provide guests with information about hotel amenities and local attractions
• Respond professionally to guest requests or complaints
• Represent MCHG positively in the community

Qualifications

• Ability to follow safety, cleanliness, and food handling standards
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks
