Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company is seeking a Break Pack (Box) Sorter to join our warehouse operations. This hands-on role helps ensure quality and customer satisfaction by hand-sorting containers based on quality and reclaiming customer-owned products with care.

You will support production goals while following safety protocols, operate pallet jacks as needed (forklift training provided), and contribute to a team that values teamwork and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks; forklift experience is a plus (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Hand-sort Break Pack containers (boxes) based on quality through visual inspection.
• Reclaim customer-owned products and materials with care and accuracy.
• Meet production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Follow safety protocols to support PTZ goals.
• Support team by performing other duties as assigned by site leadership.

• Support your team by performing other duties as assigned by site leadership.

What You Bring

• Familiarity with pallet jacks; forklift experience is a plus (training provided).
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
