Bickford Senior Living is hiring a Prep Cook to support the culinary team in a restaurant-style dining experience called the “Bread Basket.” You will prepare meals, serve residents, and maintain cleanliness and compliance with policies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals following menus, processes and expectations.
• Serve food timely, at correct temperatures and plated.
• Follow Bickford’s kitchen policies during meal service.
• Interact with residents in the Dining Room to enhance their dining experience.
• Wash dishes, pots and pans per dishwashing procedures.
• Maintain records and follow regulatory requirements.
• Store food per regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Assist with the Kitchen Rotational Cleaning Schedule.
• Keep kitchen and dining room clean to meet standards.
• Ensure Bistro/Beverage Bar is stocked for guests and tours.
