Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• One year related experience
• Certifications: ServSafe, CPR and First Aid required
• Valid driver’s license per company policy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively

Responsibilities

• Order food following Bickford's process in a timely, cost-effective manner
• Prepare meals per menus, processes, and expectations
• Serve food timely at correct temperatures and properly plated
• Interact with residents during meals to enhance dining experience
• Maintain records per regulatory requirements and company policies
• Coordinate with marketing and life enrichment for tours/events
