Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Able to operate bread slicing equipment safely.
• Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends.
• Physical ability for standing and occasional lifting.

Responsibilities

• Ensures staffing needs are met. Calls in staff as necessary.
• Pulls orders, slices, and packages all products in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner.
• Maintains accurate counts of products and equipment.
• Directs shortages, substitutions, and changes invoices as needed.
• Keeps daily paperwork complete and submitted to the proper locations.
• Communicates critical information to the Manager in a timely manner.
