Bodycote plc is seeking a Braze Engineer to provide brazing and assembly process support at the plant under the General Manager. You will develop brazing systems to meet customer contracts and support sales with braze-related issues and quotations.
The role involves leading brazing activities, coordinating with plant personnel, evaluating equipment, and ensuring high quality and on-time delivery. ITAR compliance and an engineering degree are required, with at least five years in thermal brazing
Due to the nature of our business and a heavy industrial market, Bodycote deems this position to be safety-sensitive.
The Braze Engineer provides brazing and assembly process assistance to the plant under the direction of the General Manager. He/she is responsible for the development of brazing systems and technology to ensure that services are provided meet the contractual requirements established by customers and procedures. He/she is also responsible for supporting the sales function with braze related issues and quotations.

The pay range for this position is $105,000 – $115,000 per year. Actual pay will be determined based on skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. This position is classified as exempt and paid on a salary basis.
This position is eligible for annual bonus plan/sales incentive plan based on performance measures and targets aligned with the company’s strategic goals and direction.
