Qualifications

• Minimum Purple belt or higher with BJJ lineage verification.
• 1 year of training/coaching experience required.
• Knowledge of emergency and safety procedures.

ATTENTION BJJ and MMA COACHES The UFC is HIRING!! The UFC is searching for top tier energetic talent for the new premier fitness and training facility opening in the Park City Mall in Lancaster. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and MMA Coaches are responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience and delivering great member service through class, small group and 1-on-1 instruction. Coaches will work to build relationships with members/class attendees to ensure a quality fitness experience while also identifying private 1-on-1 coaching opportunities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Promote and conduct private and small group training with members.
• Assist members and encourage member involvement in private training.
• Ensure accurate administration of client programs, measurement tracking and workout programs.

• Be a brand ambassador of UFC Gym and its “Train Different” philosophy.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• In depth knowledge of Private Training techniques from assessment to program design.
• Knowledge of company policies, practices and procedures, including emergency and safety procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Friendly, enthusiastic and positive attitude.

Required Experience:

• Minimum of Purple belt or higher
• BJJ Belt Certificate
• BJJ lineage verification
• MMA tournament record (preferred)
• Grappling tournament record (preferred)
• Current CPR/AED certification (preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of training/coaching experience
