ATTENTION BJJ and MMA COACHES: The UFC is HIRING!!

The UFC is searching for top tier energetic talent for the new premier fitness and training facility opening in the Park City Mall in Lancaster. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and MMA Coaches are responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience and delivering great member service through class, small group, and 1-on-1 instruction.

Coaches will work to build relationships with members/class attendees to ensure a quality fitness experience while also identifying private 1-on-1 coaching opportunities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Promote and conduct private and small group training with members.
2. Assist members and encourage member involvement in private training.
3. Ensure accurate administration of client programs, measurement tracking, and workout programs.
4. Focus on CHANGING LIVES through offering superior Service, Science, and Sales.
5. Be a brand ambassador of UFC Gym and its “Train Different” philosophy.
6. Bring T.R.A.I.N (Timely, Ready, Aware, Inspiring, Nobility) to life.
7. Conduct safe and effective private training sessions.
8. Maintain the organization and neat presentation of the fitness floor and training spaces.
9. Respond passionately and professionally to requests and inquiries from guests, members, and staff.
10. Conduct safe and effective private MMA training sessions.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

1. In-depth knowledge of Private Training techniques from assessment to program design.
2. Knowledge of company policies, practices, and procedures, including emergency and safety procedures.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.

Required Experience:

1. Minimum of Purple belt or higher.
2. BJJ Belt Certificate.
3. BJJ lineage verification.
4. MMA tournament record (preferred).
5. Grappling tournament record (preferred).
6. Current CPR/AED certification (preferred).
7. Minimum 1 year of training/coaching experience.
