Description

You are a skilled communicator at all levels of leadership and possess the ability to make informed decisions in partnership with your collaborators.You Will:- Analyze and grade large data sets relevant to your specific market to monitor and maintain evaluation data quality- Validate Maps data from internal databases and external sources, investigate and provide feedback on issues and trends reported- Report performance metrics and present trends and insights to partners and collaborators- Provide local expertise with recommendations and insights from quality metrics for Maps products and features to influence product direction- Manage day-to-day priorities and requests from various partners, ensuring results for your market- Identify improvement opportunities, initiate, implement and deliver evaluation projects to inform on areas of opportunity
Minimum Qualifications
- Possess local knowledge (address format, regional trends, user behavior and expectation, etc.) and language skills (proficiency in reading, writing and speaking) for Brazil
- 2+ years experience in Search Relevance and Search Quality
- 2+ years experience in analyzing and grading large data sets, conducting quantitative & qualitative data analysis, preferably geospatial data
- Strong web research and problem-solving skills, with ability to recognize patterns and apply inductive and deductive reasoning on a global scale
- Meticulous, strong organizational, analytical, decision-making and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work across multiple timezones, cultures and business groups
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent written and communication skills, with solid ability to navigate ambiguity
- Experience in working with software engineering and data scientist teams to implement solutions to open-ended problems
- Experience managing programs/projects for feature and data quality evaluation and user experience improvement in a multicultural setting
- Able to prioritize and complete multiple assignments and work successfully with teams on multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Experience with analytics tools and scripting languages (e.g., Tableau, SQL, Python)
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $112,900 and $234,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
