Job summary

Lennox International in Orangeburg, SC is seeking a skilled brazers to join our manufacturing team. You will perform copper/aluminum brazing on an assembly line, using heat and filler metal to join components with precision and reliability.

Requires a high school diploma and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. The role is hourly non-exempt, with starting pay at $17 per hour, overtime eligible, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.

What Drives Success

Brazers are responsible for the metal joining process; using heat and filler metal alloy; heated to a melting temperature below the melting point of the metals being joined. Brazers must meet the requirements of brazer certification and quality.

What We Are Looking For

Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Some experience brazing CU/Al on an assembly line.Basic understanding of data charts, specification diagrams, and work orders. Able to determine required equipment and settings. Requires precision control and dexterity. Able to lift up to 50 pounds. Able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods. May be required to take related training and/or pass skills tests required for this level.

What We Offer

Compensation:This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is $17/hour. Factors that may affect starting pay include geography/market, and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).
