Job summary

API Heat Transfer is seeking a dependable Brazer to join our manufacturing team in Franklin, Wisconsin. You will assemble and braze heat exchanger components, read and interpret blueprints, and ensure quality throughout production.

Ideal candidates have experience in brazing or welding in a manufacturing setting, strong attention to detail, and reliable attendance. You will work in a fast-paced environment that emphasizes safety and continuous improvement, with competitive pay and comprehensive

Qualifications

Experience in brazing, welding, or fabrication in manufacturing.
Ability to read basic drawings and specifications.
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
Reliable attendance and good work ethic.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds in a production environment.

Responsibilities

Assemble and prepare heat exchanger components for brazing operations.
Perform brazing activities in accordance with work instructions and quality standards.
Inspect products for accuracy and quality throughout the manufacturing process.
Read and follow blueprints, manufacturing drawings, and production documentation.
Work safely and efficiently while meeting production goals.
Support continuous improvement and teamwork initiatives.
