Lincoln Electric in Carthage, TN is seeking a Braze Cell Operator for our on-site manufacturing team. You will operate the braze machine, perform leak tests, manage wash cycles, stage and pack parts, and rotate among cell positions to support safety, quality, and on-time production.

Qualifications

• Learn and perform braze cell functions to established safety, quality, and production standards.
• Follow written work instructions, visual standards, and standardized work procedures.
• Complete production, inspection, and traceability records accurately.
• Recognize defects and abnormal process conditions and elevate issues promptly.
• Dependability, attention to detail, teamwork, and willingness to rotate between workstations as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Operate braze machine and load parts per work instructions.
• Perform leak tests and verify quality criteria.
• Run parts washing system and manage cycles.
• Stage materials to maintain continuous cell flow.
• Pack finished parts to meet packaging and shipping requirements.
• Rotate across cell positions and communicate issues.
• Maintain 5S and contribute to continuous improvement.
