Job summary

Lincoln Electric in Carthage, TN is seeking a Braze Cell Operator for the 2nd shift. You will operate an automated braze cell, perform leak testing, and manage loading, washing, staging, and packing of parts to support production goals. Overtime and rotation between stations are integral to the role.

The position requires reliability, teamwork, and adherence to safety and quality standards in a manufacturing environment. Relocation is not offered, and on-site work is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated braze machine within approved parameters.
• Perform leak tests and verify part quality and orientation.
• Load/unload parts, wash components, and stage material flow.
• Pack and label finished parts per shipping requirements.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and participate in 5S and rotations.
