Responsibilities

• Serve menu items and beverages to guests courteously and efficiently, adhering to company standards.
• Assist in maintaining the restaurant and equipment through opening and closing checklists.
• Promote a high-energy environment that encourages engagement and enjoyment for both team and guests.
• Communicate effectively with management and team members, fostering a respectful work environment.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations, including checking IDs and monitoring intoxication.
• Maintain knowledge of all menu items, specials, and property layout.
